1. Get the pixel you want to add the round eyes to.
2. Zoom in as much as possible by clicking on the magnify tool, then choosing 8x.
3. Draw this:(Remember, it doesnt have to be the same size as this! You can draw the eye in any size you want)

4. Fill in the eye with the color you want.
5. Now add two white dots next to each other at the top of the eye like this:

Thats it^^ I hope this was helpful! Remember, don't draw the eye all over again. Simply copy
and paste it next to the first eye you drew! =)! If you're wondering how it'll look like in its real size, then here you go:
