Resizing images in PSP 7

Before we begin with this tutorial, you must know that you cannot resize a Gif image. Gif's turn out looking really bad. So your image should either be jpg or png!

1. Open the image you want to resize. Im going to use this:

   

2. Go to Image >> Resize. Choose 'Pixel Size' and change the width and height to whatever you want. I'm going to change mine to 200x149. Make sure the properties at the bottom of the resize menu match these properties:
   (The Resize type should be 'Bicubic resample' and both the 'Resize All Layers' and 'Maintain aspect ration...' should be checked):

   

3. Click on 'OK' and your done! ^^ The image i resized now looks like this:
