Successful Guild: Problems & Solutions (Members)

Problem: I really want to be on the guild council, but the guild leader has chosen someone else instead. I worked really hard on helping out everyone in the guild!
Solution: All i can say is, kindly tell your guild leader how you feel towards his/her choice of members on the guild council. Remind him/her how active & helpful you are. Tell your guild leader that you were really hoping that you would become part of the guild council. Ask him/her if they can reconsider the choice he/she made.

Problem: One of the member's in the guild im in has something against me for some reason. That member keeps starting fights with me and i can't seem to do anything about it. I tried talking to him/her but that did not work out at all! What do i do?
Solution: Talk to your leader about it! Explain your problem. Also state that you did not do anything to make that member hate you so much. Then, if that does not work, then just ignore that member completely! He/she will stop sooner or later -_-!
